Established in Yaguchi, Ota-Ku, Tokyo
 
1951 Head office and factory moved to Minamirokugou, Ota-Ku, Tokyo
 
1956 Head office moved to Nihonbashi Kabuto-Cho, Chuo-Ku, Tokyo
Kawasaki Laboratory was founded in Shiohama, Kawasaki-Ku, Kawasaki City
 
1967 Hamaoka Factory was founded in Hamaoka-cho, Shizuoka Pref.
 
1970 Capital was increased to 40,000,000 yen.
 
1982 Head office moved to Kamata, Ota-Ku, Tokyo.
Oita Factory was founded in Shimura, Oita City.
 
1984 Established an affiliated company, Moses Lake Industries, Inc. in Washington State, USA (capital $300,000).
